Plan Year

Given that we are merging Craftworks and Logan’s benefits into one, our plan year will begin September 1 and run through August 31.

Important Medical Information

Cigna is your medical carrier for Team Members & your child dependents. You may not enroll in Family coverage or include your spouse on this plan.

However, you are also offered a Reliance Standard Medical Plan which you may elect Team Member + Spouse or Family coverage with.

Tobacco Surcharge

The Cigna medical plan tobacco surcharge is $100 per month for team members who use tobacco or nicotine products for the 2019/20 plan year.

There is no tobacco surcharge if you enroll in the Reliance Standard plan.
